Account and registration

No. Each person may hold only one tompel account. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person (same name, ID number, email, or payment method), we will close all but one and may hold any remaining balance pending review. If you have lost access to an old account, use the password recovery link on the login page, or contact our support team. We can help you regain access or create a new account if the old one is permanently lost. Using multiple accounts or sharing an account with others violates our terms.

You provide your email address, a username (3–20 characters), your full name, date of birth, a strong password (at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol), and a mobile number. After registration, you must upload a clear photo of your national ID card or passport and a recent selfie for identity verification. Verification typically takes subject to verification. Once verified, you can deposit and play. If we need additional information, we will contact you via email or SMS.

Visit the contact form on tompel.app and select your issue category: account access, payment or withdrawal, game rules, or security. Describe your problem clearly in 2–3 sentences and include your username if relevant. Do not include your password or full ID number. Submit the form, and our team will respond within 2 hours for general inquiries or within 1 hour for urgent account issues during business hours. Payments and transactions

Log into your tompel account, go to the Deposit section, and select your payment method: local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment. Enter the amount you want to deposit and complete the payment in your wallet app. The money appears in your tompel balance instantly. There are no deposit fees. You can deposit at any time from anywhere in Indonesia. If your deposit does not appear within a few minutes, contact our support team with your transaction ID. Deposits during tournaments — for example, during Idul Fitri or Piala AFF events — process the same way.

Yes. tompel accepts direct bank transfers from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. Log into tompel, go to Deposit, select your bank, and follow the instructions to transfer money to our account. Include your username in the transfer note so we can identify your deposit. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days to appear in your balance. We do not charge a fee for bank deposits, but your bank may charge a transfer fee. If your transfer has not appeared after 2 business days, contact our support team with your bank reference number.

Bonus terms vary. When we announce a bonus, we describe the offer clearly: for example, "match your first deposit" or "free tournament entry on a specific game." Bonus funds may carry conditions — for instance, you may need to play the bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw it. Read the terms attached to any bonus offer before accepting it. If a bonus offer is unclear, contact our support team for clarification. Game rules and markets

The difference is the sport — one is football played by athletes on a field, the other is a video game played by esports teams. Both settle after the event is complete. Both offer live-betting options during matches. Choose football if you follow soccer; choose esports if you follow gaming tournaments.

Slot tournaments on tompel run on a schedule. For example, an Aviator tournament might run daily from 2 PM to 4 PM, or a Sweet Bonanza tournament might run every Wednesday. You join by playing the game during the tournament window. Your score is based on your gameplay during that period — for instance, highest win, or total points. At the end of the tournament, tompel ranks all players and distributes prizes from a shared pool. Tournaments are free to enter if you use your own balance. You can join multiple tournaments each day. Check the tournament schedule in your tompel account to see which games and times are available.

Security and account care

Your personal data on tompel is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all connections. Your ID photo and selfie are stored securely and used only for verification. Your password is hashed using a one-way algorithm — we do not store or see your plain-text password. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Read our privacy policy for full details on data handling. If you suspect a data breach or unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

Go to the tompel login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter the email address associated with your account. We will send you a password recovery link to that email. Click the link, and you will be able to set a new password. The recovery link expires after 24 hours for security. If you do not receive the recovery email, check your spam folder. If the link has expired, request a new one. If you cannot access the email address linked to your account, contact our support team. We will verify your identity using your ID and ask security questions before resetting your password.

tompel is available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that access and use of tompel comply with your jurisdiction's laws. When you create a tompel account, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where it is legal. If we detect that your account is being accessed from a restricted jurisdiction, we may suspend or close your account.
